The owner of db Show Control & Automation. with 25+ years of experience. Working daily with Medialon and Alcorn show control systems as well as PLC based control systems from Beckhoff, Allen Bradly, Siemens, and more.
A technical systems architect with a true passion for working on exciting projects and delivering excellence.

Craig Pow Chong
Director Of Engineering
A talented young(ish!) and vibrant engineer with an incredible attention to detail.
Craig works both on high level systems design and control systems programming. Craig has a background in mechatronics and spent a number of years working with show control and PLC systems within the theme park industry in the UAE.
Craig has done it before you have even thought about it.
Lucas Harrison
Technical Manager
Lucas has developed an extensive portfolio over the last 8 years with db Show Control & Automation. He is a skilled controls programmer working primarily with QSYS, Medialon, and Alcorn systems, but his talent is not limited to this: Media servers, audio tuning, custom plug-in development, network design and implementation… and everything we haven’t thought of yet.
When it comes to our productions, no matter the scale, Lucas is in it for the long haul.
Connor Noble
AV Systems Engineer
The newest addition to the dbSCA team, Connor has been working across the globe on some of our most pivotal projects. From Vietnam to New York, to Japan and back again.
Connor has been a full-time member of our crew for just over 3 years. He has a keen eye for the smaller things and shows a constant yearning for the further development of his skills.
Connor is also a talented musician. He wins the award for moustache of the project every time.
Robert Strefford
Technical Manager - Video Systems Specialist
Rob's primary area of expertise is in video systems. He has un paralleled experience with the 7th Sense Delta platform. From projection mapping and dome projection to 3D dark rides and interactive games shows, Rob delivers robust solutions. Rob has been working with db Show Control & Automation for more than 15 years.

Slavisa Knezevic
Technical Manager - PLC Specialist
Slavisa is based in the UAE but, as with the rest of our team, he has travelled to deliver projects around the world. Most recently in France, China, Vietnam, and Japan. He managed the delivery of custom safety PLC systems across 17 rides on the Warner Bros theme park project in Abu Dhabi.
He is technical site manager, skilled electrical engineer, PLC programmer, and network systems engineer.
And he makes and incredible barbecue!
Arnaud Guerin
Show Control Programmer
A highly skilled and experienced Show Control programmer that makes it happen. Arnaud has 20 years experience working with Medialon Show Control systems in the Theme Park industry and has been working with db Show Control & Automation full time for more than 15 years. In a previous life he worked for Disney in Paris with responsibility for the programming of the park-wide systems and shows and events within the parks.
Arnaud understands and really does care.
Richard Kemp
Audio Specialist
Rich is a very talented audio engineer. From worldwide rock and roll shows to complete theme park audio systems. Rich has been there and done it.
Rich has worked with db Show Control & Automation for more than 15 years. He has delivered audio systems across four new theme parks from designs on paper to opening, including Ferrari World and Universal Studios Beijing.
Steve Courtney
Technician & Control Systems Artist
From panel building in the workshops to site installation, Steve turns the systems into reality. Steve has been working with db Show Control & Automation for more than 13 years and has worked with David for many more years.
Steve creates art with cables. His attention to detail is second to none.
Kyle Mackenzie
Technician
Kyle is involved in the building of our control systems in the workshop, as well as the installation on site. He has a vast experience of more than 20 years in the industry. He has worked with db Show Control & Automation on projects around the world including Japan, Vietnam, UAE, Paris, and China.
Kyle is a machine. He does it right, first time, every time.
